Shipments and returns
Order are shipped by either PBT Couriers or PBT Transport depending on the size/weight of the shipment.
Should you suspect the shipment has been damaged in transit either do not sign for delivery of the shipment or sign the delivery as "subject to inspection" and notify us immediately so we can lodge a damage claim.
Shipping times will vary depending on location and network congestion. Rural addresses may be subcontracted out to a third party delivery network which extend the expected delivery time.
